Amula AI is the brand of Recica Tech, a Swiss sole proprietorship in Wollerau, canton Schwyz, listed in the public commercial register. No offshore structure, no intermediary: the entity on your contract is the entity doing the work.

Your data stays in your environment. We build inside it.
We don't run a platform you upload data into. Reporting and custom systems are built in your own environment, on whatever stack you run (a Microsoft tenant, another cloud or your own servers), so your data stays where you already host it: for Swiss institutions, typically in Switzerland. Our access is scoped to the engagement and revocable by you at any time.
You own the result, documentation included
You own the pipeline, the reports and the documentation outright. No per-fund licence, no platform fee. The test we build for: if Amula disappeared tomorrow, your reporting would still run next month.
How engagements are governed
Every engagement runs on a written agreement with Recica Tech covering confidentiality, data processing and liability. Rinor Recica is your accountable lead from the first call to the final handover; Shahzaib Naqi, our CTO, leads technical delivery.
What we deliberately don't do
Four commitments for our reporting and custom builds, structural rather than aspirational:
No hosting of your data
Systems run in your environment. There is no Amula-hosted store of client data.
No lock-in
No per-fund licence, no proprietary runtime. The system keeps running without us.
No reselling, no model training on your data
We don't host your data, so there is nothing to resell or train models on.
No black-box deliverables
Every build is handed over with documentation. We don't keep the keys.
Tested where the stakes are real
Amula AI's reporting pipeline has been live at IST Investmentstiftung since October 2025, inside the foundation's own environment: 39 investment groups in scope, rolled out group by group, with monthly effort down from 20+ to 3–4 hours (an internal estimate based on first measurements).

Trust & security, answered
Where does our data actually sit?
In your own environment. We build inside the infrastructure you already run, whether that is a Microsoft tenant, another cloud provider or your own servers, so residency follows your configuration and the agreements you already have with your providers. Working with Amula adds no new hosting location and no Amula-side copy of your data.
Do we need Microsoft or Power BI to work with you?
No. Our flagship build at IST Investmentstiftung runs on Microsoft and Power BI, a stack we know in depth, but no particular software is a requirement. We build on the stack you already run, whether that is Tableau or another BI tool, open-source tooling or fully custom code, in the cloud or on your own servers.
Does the same apply to the Amula System?
The commitments on this page describe our reporting and custom builds. The Amula System, our lead-response and reactivation offer for financial sales teams, works with the CRM and tools you already run; which contact data it processes, where, and for how long is set out in the engagement agreement before anything sends.
Is Amula AI regulated by FINMA?
No. Amula AI is a technology and consulting firm, not a financial institution, and is not supervised by FINMA. We work with Swiss financial companies on both sides of that line, FINMA-regulated and not, and build to the rules each one operates under.
Do Anthropic's AI models run inside the systems you build for us?
No. Amula AI is an Anthropic partner and uses Anthropic's Claude models in its own development work, for writing and testing code. They are not part of what we deploy: the systems we hand over run in your environment, on your stack, and Anthropic's models are not run on your infrastructure.
What happens if you're unavailable, or Amula stops existing?
The system keeps running. It lives in your environment, not on our infrastructure, and it is handed over with documentation written so your own team or any competent engineer can operate, maintain, and extend it. Continuity does not depend on us.
Who owns the code, the pipeline, and the reports?
You do, outright. Deliverables are documented and handed over as part of the engagement. There is no per-fund licence and no dependency on Amula's infrastructure to keep the system running.
Who are we actually contracting with?
Recica Tech, a Swiss sole proprietorship registered in Wollerau SZ, UID CHE-265.201.817, active in the Schwyz commercial register. Amula AI is its brand. Your accountable counterpart on every engagement is the founder, Rinor Recica.
Who builds the work, and from where?
Rinor Recica is your accountable lead and Shahzaib Naqi, our CTO, leads technical delivery. Reporting automation and the AI Assessment are delivered by our team in Switzerland, Germany and elsewhere in Europe. For custom development, the delivery team and where it works are named in the engagement agreement before work begins. In every case, the work happens inside your environment, under access you grant and can revoke.
How are confidentiality and data processing handled?
Contractually, per engagement: confidentiality, data-processing terms, and liability are set out in the written engagement agreement, so your legal and compliance teams review a document rather than assurances. Operationally, our access happens inside your environment, under permissions you grant and can revoke.
